Jurors have broken for their second weekend with no verdict in the trial of the man accused of killing Etan Patz.

The jury asked for readbacks of testimony that took all day, pushing deliberations into next week.

Jurors wanted to hear the testimony of retired federal prosecutor Stuart GraBois again. He investigated the Patz case in the 1990s.

GraBois testified that convicted felon Jose Ramos told him he was 90 percent sure he tried to sexually assault Etan on the day he disappeared.

The jury appears to be focusing on the defense's theory that someone other than the accused murderer, Pedro Hernandez, killed the boy.

Prosecutors say GraBois was a poor investigator who was determined to lock up Ramos.

Ramos was never charged in Etan's disappearance due to a lack of evidence.

The jury also asked for a readback of testimony from Mary Galligan, who was in charge of the Patz case for the FBI.
