Jurors will be back Tuesday morning to continue deliberating in the Etan Patz murder case.

The panel is deciding the fate of Pedro Hernandez. He's accused of kidnapping and killing the boy in 1979.

The jury has been deliberating since last Wednesday.

Jurors have asked to see a number of pieces of evidence, including testimony from his brother-in law, Jose Lopez, who turned him in.

They have also asked to see the phone logs between Hernandez and his wife, as well as blueprints for 113 Thompson Street, where he said he left the boy's body.

The defense appears to be unconcerned by the requests.

"They seem to be focused on issues that we raised," said Harvey Fishbein, Hernandez's attorney. "The weather, the fact that where he says he put the box was actually a bakery in 1979, the phone calls between him and Rosemary, which shows a very strong loving connection between the two. So I'm not troubled."

Hernandez confessed to the murder on tape several times, but his attorneys say their client is mentally ill and the confessions were made up.
