Police are looking for a man they say robbed a Manhattan drug store by claiming to have HIV.

On March 23, investigators say a man walked into a Duane Reade on Third Avenue and 57th Street around 2:30 in the afternoon.

They say he started stuffing merchandise in his jacket pocket.

When he was confronted by an employee, police say the man pulled out hypodermic needles and claimed to have HIV.

He then ran off with nearly $200 in merchandise.
