The ex-wife of the man accused of murdering Etan Patz offers more prosecution testimony.

Daisy Rivera said that in 1984 she found part of a copy of an Etan Patz missing poster in a shoebox in Pedro Hernandez's closet.

When she asked him about it, she said, he became nervous and admitted to knowing the Patz family.

She also testified that years earlier while they were dating, Hernandez admitted strangling a young boy that made him feel violated.

Once again, the defense questioned the witnesses' credibility and motivation.

"What we have is stories he told in the early eighties...three different stories, three different scenarios. It's this assumption of tying them together that leads to the end product when the police are finished with him," said defense attorney Harvey Fishbein.

Earlier a friend and former neighbor of the defendant also testified that Hernandez admitted to strangling a young boy and putting his body in an ally.

That brings the total to five people who have testified that Hernandez told them he strangled someone.
