Police say they are looking for a 21-year-old man in connection with a fatal shooting in Manhattan.
Officials say Shaquille Fuller shot Shemrod Issac in an apparent drug related dispute.
Police say the 33-year-old victim was an alleged drug dealer and was shot in the head four times.
Authorities say they responded to a reported assault at the Lilian Wald Houses on Avenue D at around 4:30 p.m. Monday.
When officers got to the scene, they found Isaac shot in front of the complex.
He was pronounced dead at Beth Israel Hospital.
