Park Slope residents can breathe a sigh of relief.

A smelly "dumpster car" has finally been towed away.

Police removed the 1993 Toyota Camry Tuesday from its spot on Sixth Avenue in Park Slope.

The car had valid plates, but also a history of parking tickets and an expired inspection sticker.

It had been left in the same spot for weeks, filled to the top with trash like crutches, books, and empty bottles.

"My first reaction was sort of startled. I want to see my trees you know? I want to see my ladies with the strollers. Last thing I want to see is that. It's smelly, it's kind of weird. I've never seen anything like this on this block," said one resident.

It's not clear where police brought the car.

The owner of the car is apparently out of town.
