A Brooklyn restaurant owner will made his television debut on Bravo's Top Chef Thursday.

Christopher Scott owns Butterfunk Kitchen in Windsor Terrace.

He's one of 15 chef's that traveled throughout Colorado and cooked up different culinary treats for the show. He couldn't say if he won the show's top prize but did tell us the experience was inspirational.

"Being out there for seven weeks there are little tidbits of gems of food that I've brought back with me and that are in each pocket," said Scott.
