Filmmaker Guillermo Del Toro could be back in the Oscar race with his new dark fantasy "The Shape of Water."

He is already known for stylish movies like "Hellboy", "Pacific Rim" and his Academy Award nominated fairytale "Pan's Labyrinth." Del Toro lived in Austin for part of his career and was inducted to Texas Film Hall of Fame in 2015 as an honorary Texan. 

Our Victor Diaz sat down with Del Toro and talked about his journey to the top tier of Hollywood filmmaking.
