Two men are now charged in a deadly December stabbing in Brooklyn. One man was killed and his brother was injured last month after a midnight soccer game in Williamsburg.

Police say 27-year-old Eswin Gramajo, who was arrested in North Carolina back in December, is being charged with murdering Delvin Martinez.

Gramajo was extradited to New York and is also facing attempted murder and assault charges.

Several weeks ago, police had arrested 22-year-old Franklin Paredes and charged him with attempted murder and assault.

Investigators say on December 11, Gramajo and Paredes were taking part in a soccer game on Heyward Street near Harrison Avenue in Williamsburg when they got into an argument with 31-year-old Martinez and his brother.

Both brothers were stabbed multiple times.

Martinez died from his injuries, while his younger brother survived the attack.
