NY1 VIDEO: The Brooklyn district attorney has cleared charges against a Brooklyn man who convicted of murder 52 years ago. 81-year old Paul Gatling served nine years in prison after prosecutors said he fatally shot 43-year old Lawrence Rothbort in front of his pregnant wife and two children back in 1963.
