Police have arrested a Brooklyn man in North Carolina in connection with the shooting death of a livery cab driver in June.

Officials say Unique Gray, 23, is currently awaiting extradition to the city to face murder charges.

Police say Gray was spotted Sunday morning after running from a traffic stop last week. They say he gave a false name during the stop, which led them to discover that he was wanted in New York.

Another man, Tyrell Gardenhire, 24, was arrested back in July and was facing multiple charges including murder and attempted robbery.

Police found Naji Fawaz, 35, dead in his livery cab back on June 29 near Decatur Street and Malcolm X Boulevard in Bedford-Stuyvesant.

He had been shot in the neck and torso.
