Police have released the identity of a man shot and killed in Brooklyn Saturday.
Investigators say 40-year-old Cory Clark of Texas was shot in Brownsville around 4 a.m. yesterday.
Sources say he may have been playing a dice game in the back of the Marcus Garvey Houses when it happened.
A woman who lives in the neighborhood says she was shocked when she heard the gunshots outside of her home.
"I heard three shots, and then I heard two and it woke me out of my sleep. It's very unusual," the woman said. "I am frightened."
Clark was taken to Brookdale Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
Police say the investigation is ongoing and so far no arrests have been made.
