It will be another cold night in the city with temperatures settling into the mid 20s. Clouds will increase into Tuesday and as temperatures top off in the mid 30s, it should feel a lot less harsh, especially with less wind. Temperatures will dip to near 30 Tuesday night and clouds will some wet snow will develop toward sunrise Wednesday morning. It appears it may be cold enough to start off as snow, which could fall during the morning commute. As temperatures warm, it'll change pretty quickly to rain and continue throughout the day. Then Wednesday night, the rain could change back to snow for a brief time.

Following that system it'll be cold still for the end of the week. Temperatures will improve into the weekend with a chance for rain on Sunday.
