Sunday marked five years since Kawaski Trawick was shot and killed by police inside his Bronx home.

On Friday, the NYPD announced that Commissioner Edward Caban determined the officers “acted within the law” and that “no crime was committed by the officers.”

A rally will be held at 12 p.m. outside City Hall Monday by advocates and members of Trawick's family, demanding greater disciplinary action.

Royce Russell, the Trawick's family attorney in a wrongful death lawsuit, joined anchor Dean Meminger Sunday to discuss the NYPD decision.
