One firefighter is recovering after responding to a call in the Bronx Sunday night.
FDNY officials say he fell 30 feet from a ladder while trying to put out the flames at a building located at 1656 Mayflower Avenue in Pelham Bay.
It's not clear what started the fire just before 9 p.m. But the FDNY says the building was being used a marijuana grow house.
Sources tell NY1 the injured firefighter broke his leg and is expected to be okay.
