AUSTIN, Texas – Austin police responded to reports of two robberies Wednesday afternoon.

Authorities said shortly after 3 p.m. they responded to a call about a robbery at the Randall’s pharmacy located at Braker Lane and 183. Police said that the suspect walked up to the drive-through lane and demanded cash. The suspect left on foot and entered the Wells Fargo bank in the same parking lot and demanded money from the teller.

The suspect left the scene on foot with an undisclosed amount of money and went to a nearby bus stop, where Austin police were able to apprehend him.

The investigation is ongoing and charges are still pending.
