A Staten Island yoga studio opens its doors Thanksgiving morning to help the borough's hungry.

Five Boro Power Yoga hosted a donation class Thursday to s Project Hospitality's food pantry.

Students brought in canned goods and non-perishable food and monetary donations to support the cause.

This the seventh year that the studio has held this event and will be accepting donations until the end of the month.

"There's other people out there, especially on Staten Island. that don't have it as well and that we can work out and be in awareness to take care of,  take care of our neighbours," said  Karen Torrone of 5 Boro Power Yoga.

The studio will also collect unwrapped toys and shoes during the holiday season for charity.
