More than 150 city firefighters were needed to get a 4-alarm fire in Manhattan under control on Sunday.

The fire department said the call came in around 10:03 a.m. of a fire at a building on Nagle Ave. in between Thayer and Dyckman Streets in the Inwood neighborhood.

Video shows that the fire sent heavy smoke into the area.

The fire was under control by 12:42 p.m., officials said.

Six firefighters suffered minor injuries, the FDNY said, and were transported to a local hospital.

The FDNY said the fire started on the first floor of the building, which houses a number of businesses, and then spread to the attic.

Flames quickly spread through several businesses, including a restaurant, liquor store, barber shop, and dry cleaners.

The fire was first reported as a three-alarm blaze before it grew.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
