The Bronx high school where a football player fatally collapsed got a new defibrillator Thursday.

The Mount St. Michael Academy in Wakefield will receive a life-saving AED device courtesy of the Dominic Murray Foundation.

The group says it has saved dozens of lives through CPR and defibrillator training programs, and screening young people for heart conditions.

14-year-old Dominick Bess went into cardiac arrest during football practice at the school back in August.

He later died at the hospital.
