One person was injured after a tree fell in the Bronx Tuesday morning.
The oak tree landed on a car and two buildings on East 238th Street in Woodlawn just before 9:45 a.m.
One woman suffered minor injuries and was taken to Our Lady of Mercy Hospital for treatment.
Sources say the tree was 5 feet in diameter and that the Parks Department inspected it last August and found no signs of poor health.
It's unclear what might have caused the tree to fall.
