The New York City Police Department on Friday announced a second arrest in connection with a violent attack on a Bronx deli worker that was caught on video.
Jestyfer Henriquez, 25, of the Bronx has been charged with assault.
Police arrested Brad Gomez, 28, also of the Bronx, and charged him with the same crime on Thursday.
He lived only about three blocks away from the Stadium Gourmet deli in Concourse.
Police say back on May 29 the men started throwing avocados and bananas after fighting with the clerk over a food order.
The victim suffered a broken jaw, cuts, and fractures to his face.
