Cashless Tolls Arrive on RFK Triboro Bridge

NEW YORK - The RFK Triboro Bridge moves to cashless tolling today.

Cameras and sensors over the roadway read E-Z Pass tags and take pictures of license plates so drivers don't have to stop to pay their tolls.

Drivers are automatically charged or sent a bill each month.

The Henry Hudson Bridge, the Rockaway Bridges, the Brooklyn Battery Tunnel, and the Queens Midtown Tunnel already have cashless tolling.

The Verrazano Bridge is set to go cashless next month.
