Over a dozen people were injured Wednesday morning after two Metropolitan Transportation Authority buses collided in the Bronx.

It happened just after 9 a.m. near West Kingsbridge Road and Kingsbridge Terrace in Fordham Manor.

The MTA says the collision occurred when one of the buses reversed into the other.

Seventeen people were taken to the hospital with minor injuries, and one person refused medical attention.

Police say no other vehicles were involved.
