Police are looking for an escaped prisoner in the Bronx.
It happened around 9:40 p.m. Monday during a traffic stop at the intersection of East 178th Street and Hughes Avenue in Tremont.
Investigators say they were arresting 19-year-old Narciso Rosario and a 26-year-old man after a controlled substance was found in the car.
When the 26-year-old began resisting, Rosario took off northbound on Hughes Avenue towards East 179th Street, with the handcuffs still on.
He was last seen wearing a black jacket and baseball cap, dark colored jeans and multi-colored sneakers.
