NY1 VIDEO: New York-style pizza used to be the only kind of pizza you could find in the Big Apple, but not anymore. Chefs from all over are introducing new regional styles of pizza to the city from the likes of Detroit, St. Louis and Chicago. This week, Zagat editors Kelly Dobkin and Billy Lyons try two Midwest-inspired pizzas to see if either has a chance of carving out a niche in the city of pizza.
