NY1 VIDEO: Your personal stories and photos and documents are needed to help document the history of Queens. The Queens Memory Project is a collaboration between Queens College and the Queens Library. It combines historical and contemporary photography, maps, news clippings, and other documents with interviews of current residents to archive the borough's history. Natalie Milbrodt the director of the project, recently spoke to NY1 about it.
