A minor disturbance moves through in the middle of the night, potentially dropping a few light showers between midnight and 7am.  The rest of Saturday will be dry with decreasing clouds.  We'll warm a bit with highs in the low 60s.

A big warm up is in store for Super Bowl Sunday as we'll heat up to near 80 with lots of sunshine.

A couple of front will keep the roller coaster pattern going next week.  The next front (a weak one) arrives Sunday night with slight rain chances to follow.  Another front arrives Tuesday night.

Finally, NOAA's three month temperature outlook calls for warmer than average temperatures here in Texas.  No surprise considering we are in a La Nina pattern, where the jet stream tends to stay farther north in the U.S.
