The remnants of Saturday's nor'easter kept the five boroughs under the clouds for most of Sunday, but, we did manage to get a few peeks of sunshine during the morning and afternoon hours. In addition, conditions remained unseasonably cool as afternoon temperatures were below-normal for the fifth straight day.

The clouds are expected to stay in place through the morning hours on Monday, but, some sun is likely later in the day. Temperatures will remain at below-normal levels however, and winds will be on the increase later in the day.

Looking ahead, expect skies to clear-out on Tuesday as temperatures rise into the upper 50s. We'll stay on the bright side for Halloween, and conditions will turn milder as well. Look for a high of 64 degrees. Expect mostly cloudy skies and breezy conditions on Thursday, with temperatures in the mid 60s.
