The remnants of an off-shore low pressure system kept the five boroughs under the clouds for most of Sunday, but, we did manage to get a few peeks of sunshine in, especially early in the day. It didn't feel very Spring-like however, as afternoon highs remained at below-normal levels for the nineteenth straight day.

More unseasonably cool weather is in store for Monday, but, we will see much more sunshine than we did on Sunday. The winds will be a bit lighter as well.

Looking ahead, expect conditions to warm-up during the upcoming week. We'll start the week out in the 40s, but, a few 60s are possible by Thursday and Friday. Some wet weather is likely during the second half of the week, but, conditions are looking brighter for the holiday weekend.
