The remnants of Wednesday's nor'easter pushed lots of clouds over the five boroughs on Saturday, but, we did manage to get a few peeks of sunshine as well. The winds kept conditions on the cold side however, as gusts in excess of 25mph were seen across the area.

More sunshine is in store for Sunday and the winds will be lighter, but, temperatures will remain at seasonably cold levels. In addition, Daylight Savings Time begins Sunday at 2 A.M., so, be sure to push your clocks ahead one hour. Sunrise will be at 7:14 AM and sunset will be at 6:58 PM.

As we look ahead, temperatures are expected to be slightly below-normal during the upcoming week. Afternoon highs will primarily be in the low to mid 40s. Another storm system could affect the region late Monday through Wednesday morning, but, only light accumulations are expected.
