The remnants of Friday's nor'easter kept the five boroughs under the clouds for a good portion of the day on Sunday, but, we did manage to get a few peeks of afternoon sunshine. The winds kept conditions on the cold side however, as gusts in excess of 30mph were seen in some locations.

More sunshine is in store for Monday, but, it will be breezy once again and temperatures will remain at seasonably cold levels.

As we look ahead, temperatures are expected to be slightly below-normal during the upcoming week. Afternoon highs will primarily be in the low to mid 40s. Conditions are looking dry for Tuesday, but, we could see some wintry weather on Wednesday.
