The bus company involved in this month's deadly crash in Queens is named one of the most dangerous in the city.

The Dhalia Group was ranked seventh on a list of bus companies with the worst safety records.

The report was put together by the state senate's Independent Democratic Conference.

Last week, three people died when a Dahlia charter bus slammed into an MTA bus in Flushing.

Sources say the charter bus driver, who died in the crash, was fired from the MTA two years ago for a drunk driving conviction in Connecticut.

Investigators say he was going about twice the speed limit when the buses collided.

The report looked at inspection data for nearly 250 bus companies operating in New York.

The five companies with the worst records are Sagbus, Yep Tour, Number One Bus Tour, Safari Tour, and Soe Tour.
