With the upcoming repair work at Penn Station, Amtrak is moving some of its service.

Starting next Monday, the rail line will be using Grand Central Terminal as the destination for six of its Empire Trains, which travel to and from Albany.

Commuters can also expect to see cancellations and service changes on the agency's Northeast Regional, Crescent and Keystone lines.

Acela Express service will not be impacted.

Amtrak will be shutting down three of Penn Station's 21 tracks at a time to perform the required maintenance.

Work is expected to last until September.

The transit hub has been plagued by a series of delays, cancellations and accidents over the past few months.
