The state is cracking down on repeat toll violators.

Under a new regulation, the DMV can now suspend a driver's registration for skipping out on paying three or more toll violations within a five-year period.

Commercial vehicle drivers who don't pay $200 or more in tolls within in a five year period will also be subject to the crackdown.

Vehicle owners can request a hearing to fight a registration suspension.
