Broadway's biggest night is almost here. The 2016 Tony Awards will be handed out this Sunday evening. The big night is likely to be dominated by a certain epic mega hit musical. However, what other shows are likely to take home Tonys as well? NY1’s Roma Torre shares her predictions in the following report.

The big question at this year's Tony Awards is not 'Who or what wins?' but rather 'Will "Hamilton" break "The Producers" record for the most wins?'

Lin-Manuel Miranda's blockbuster musical about founding father Alexander Hamilton already has the most nominations - 16 - so it is certainly possible. But it would need a clean sweep with 13 statues to add "most wins" to its historic run, and given some very stiff competition, that's a tall order

Miranda wrote the book, music and lyrics. He's likely to win in all those categories, and of course Best Musical.

But when it comes to musical actor in a leading role, he's going to have to duel it out with Danny Burstein as Tevye in “Fiddler on the Roof” and his own co-star Leslie Odom Jr playing Aaron Burr. And I think history will repeat, landing Burr once again on top.

Another grey area for "Hamilton" is Best Actress in a Musical. As Hamilton's wife, Phillipa Soo will not be able to beat “The Color Purple's” Cynthia Erivo.

For Best Musical Revival "Purple" is up against three exceptional productions: "Fiddler," "Spring Awakening" and "She Loves Me"- all equally deserving, but I think the voters will love "The Color Purple" just a little more.

All of the Best Play contenders have shattering messages about our fallible humanity, but it's Stephen Karam's "The Humans" that'll be shedding tears of joy with the big award!

For Best Actor in a Play, it's between Frank Langella in "The Father" and Mark Strong in "A View From The Bridge." Langella, a 3-time winner, is an American in a play that is still running so he has the edge.

No real contest for best Lead Actress in a Play. Jessica Lange will get her first Tony and a "winning day's journey Into Tony night"

"Long Day's Journey" has a strong chance to win Best Play Revival, but I think "A View From the Bridge" has a slightly better shot at crossing over to the winners circle.
