It's only the second time in franchise history that the Mets are in the postseason for a second straight year.

With the victory, the Amazins' will host the National League Wildcard game on Wednesday night at Citi Field against either San Francisco or St. Louis.

Mets ace Noah Syndergaard is expected to start in the game next week.
