NY1's Road to City Hall accepts a special honor.
Political Anchor Errol Louis was on hand at New York Law School to accept the Civic Fame Award.
"For New Yorkers who want to know about politics and government, NY1 is the best, and Errol Louis is the best t I have seen in any time; doing interviews and asking tough questions and bringing the news and the commentary that's important to all of us," said Ross Sandler, the director of the Center for New York City Law.
The prize recognizes institutions that have made significant contributions to the civil life of the city.
The Road to City Hall airs every weeknight at 7 and 10.
