Four Republican hopefuls for mayor came together Wednesday for a candidate forum in Manhattan.

Real estate developer Paul Massey, who some consider the front-runner, was among those taking part.

Staten Island Assemblywoman Nicole Malliotakis, who just entered the race Tuesday, was also there to make her case.

"I am somebody fresh, somebody new from the Republican Party to run," Malliotakis said. "I believe that I have a compelling story that will resonate with people in New York because I am the daughter of immigrants."

"It's going to be door by door, building by building, block by block, borough by borough. That's the way we're going to attack this. That's the way we're gonna beat Bill de Blasio," Massey said.

Also at the forum was former private detective Bo Dietl, who is not a registered Republican but is trying to get on the ballot, as well as former New York Jet turned pastor Michel Faulkner.
