Hillary Clinton is blasting the Trump administration's stance on LGBT rights.

The former Democratic presidential candidate was in Manhattan Thursday night to attend a fundraising dinner for The Center, an LGBT community organization.

After receiving an award, Clinton urged the crowd to work to prevent Donald Trump from rolling back the progress made by the LGBT community.

"We can never stop fighting," Clinton said. "We need to dedicate these next years, the next two years, the next four years and beyond to supporting people and organizations that are advocating for the best of American values around the world, here at home, and we also have to win elections to make it clear where our country stands."

Clinton also encouraged attendees to speak out on abuses against the LGBT community around the world, including the reported killing of gays by the Chechnyan government.
