Susan is the reporter for the NY1 For You unit, NY1's community assistance effort that was launched in the aftermath of the September 11th World Trade Center attacks.

As the "NY1 For You" reporter, Susan helps those affected by the 9/11 attacks, as well as other New York City residents who have problems that can't be solved through normal channels. By assisting those who call the "NY1 For You" hotline (1-212-379-3599), the unit has successfully resolved numerous issues ranging from destroyed Lower Manhattan property to wages lost after 9/11.

Susan started as NY1's Home Reporter for in May of 1999. Before that she worked at Fox News, Channel 5 in New York.

Susan grew up in Upstate New York and attended college in Boston at Northeastern University, where she received a BA in Political Science.

In her spare time, she likes to travel, ski, and play tennis.
