A man who allegedly went on a “violent rampage” over the course of three days — fatally shooting two people and injuring a third — turned himself in Tuesday following a citywide manhunt, the NYPD said.

Sundance Oliver, 28, surrendered to police at the 77th Precinct in Crown Heights around 7 a.m., NYPD Chief of Detectives James Essig said at a news briefing Tuesday afternoon.

Oliver is accused of fatally shooting a 20-year-old man, shooting and killing a 17-year-old girl and shooting and injuring a 96-year-old man in separate incidents on Monday and Tuesday, Essig said.

He is also accused of assaulting his girlfriend and taking part in two robberies, according to Essig.

While Oliver knew the two people he allegedly killed, the 96-year-old man was an “unintended target,” Essig said. The chief of detectives described the spate of crimes as a “three-day violent rampage.”

Oliver has 12 prior arrests and was on parole for robbery, police said Tuesday morning.

“We will never stop working to end violence in our city, and we will relentlessly pursue anyone who puts the people of this city at risk,” NYPD Commissioner Keechant Sewell said at the briefing.

Oliver, who lives at the Smith Houses in Two Bridges, began his alleged crime spree in Brooklyn on Nov. 21, the NYPD said. He and four other people — who police said have yet to be arrested — robbed someone of $4,450 at the Kingsborough Houses in Crown Heights around 2 p.m. that day, Essig said.

This past Saturday, Oliver allegedly punched his girlfriend in the face after the two got into an argument in the Bronx, according to Essig.

On Sunday night, the 28-year-old allegedly robbed someone at gunpoint in front of a bodega on Ralph Avenue in Crown Heights, before firing two shots at the person and robbing the bodega itself of $3,560, Essig said.

The next morning, Oliver approached the girlfriend of someone who had previously been arrested for trying to shoot him at the Kingsbridge Houses and demanded $50, Essig said. As the girlfriend fled, Oliver allegedly fired a shot, hitting a 96-year-old man in a wheelchair in the right leg.

On Monday afternoon, Oliver fatally shot a 20-year-old man he knew, identified by police as Kevon Langston, inside a Smith Houses apartment, the chief of detectives said.

And hours later, around 12:10 a.m. on Tuesday, Oliver allegedly shot and killed a 17-year-old girl, identified by police as Keyaira Rattray, inside a Kingsborough Houses apartment, according to Essig.

Oliver, who became “extremely violent and agitated” inside a 77th Precinct holding cell after his arrest, is currently being evaluated at NYC Health + Hospitals/Kings County, Essig said.

He faces charges including murder, attempted murder, robbery, assault, menacing and reckless endangerment, the NYPD said.

His attorney information wasn’t immediately available Tuesday.
