CNN reporter Jim Acosta is back at the White House after a federal judge orders his press credentials be restored.
The Trump-appointed judge says the President and his aides did not give Acosta a chance to explain himself or contest the removal of his press pass.
His press pass was taken away after the reporter got into an argument with President Trump during a press conference and refused to give up his microphone to a White House intern.
CNN sued the Trump Administration this week, saying revoking reporter credentials violated First Amendment press rights.
CNN's Communications team released a statement on their Twitter Friday regarding the ruling.
