Meet New York City's newest multi-millionaire, Harlem resident Robert Bailey.

New York Lottery's Yolanda Vega presented Bailey with a ceremonial check worth a record $343.8 million, the largest jackpot in state history.

His numbers matched all six numbers chosen during the October 27 Powerball drawing.

So what’s he planning on doing with the money?

"Get a house, especially for my mother, God bless her, she's still around, with a little land around it," said Bailey. "I definitely want to travel a little bit. And hopefully make good investments that will work for me and my family."

Robert says he's going to keep playing, and even did so on the morning he received the check.

If you're feeling inspired, there is a Powerball drawing Wednesday night, November 14, for a cool $107 million.
