Police are looking for the man who they say attacked a person in Central Park, leaving him in critical condition. 

Police say on September 22, the man walked up behind the 53-year-old victim while he was walking with a friend near East Drive at East 106th Street and attacked him.

Police say the man hit the victim in the head with an unknown object before riding his bike out of the park towards Madison Avenue. 

The victim was taken to the hospital to be treated for cuts on his head. He is in critical condition.
