Italian pride was on display Monday at the Columbus Day Parade in Manhattan. 

Fifth Avenue in Midtown became a sea of red, white and green for the 74th annual parade.

The celebration of Italian heritage began at 44th Street and headed up towards 72nd.

This year's grand marshal was Guy Chiarello, the president of a Manhattan-based global financial service firm.

Other honorees included former New York First Lady Matilda Cuomo and the president of the Columbus Citizens Foundation.
