Following the Senate Judiciary Committee's vote to advance Brett Kavanaugh's Supreme Court nomination, Women's March Leader Linda Sarsour has announced a third Women's March.

"We came out on January 21st of 2017 and put millions in the largest single day demonstration in American history and we are coming back out and we are announcing today to the American people to join us around the country and in Washington DC on Janaury 19, 2019," Sarsour told CNN.

The first Women's March was held in 2017 one day after President Trump was sworn in to office.

The goal was to create social change and harness the power of women after the sexual misconduct allegations were made against the president during the election campaign.
