The woman suing the New York City Ballet for allegedly allowing sexual misconduct, is expanding her lawsuit.

On Tuesday, Alexandra Waterbury's attorney named additional people in the dance company's alleged mistreatment of women.

Waterbury says her former boyfriend, principal dancer Chase Finlay, took explicit photos and video of her in secrecy.

Waterbury says that dancers Amar Ramasar and Zachary Catazaro as well as a donor to NYC ballet participated in the unlawful sharing of nude photos of women taken without their consent. Both Ramasar and Catazaro have denied the allegations.

"They all encouraged, endorsed, incited, instigated, ratified Mr. Finley's unlawful conduct," Jordan Merson, Alexandra Waterbury's attorney said.

Two of the three dancers accused in Waterbury's lawsuit have been fired, and the other resigned.

The dance company says there is no basis that they condoned this kind of environment.
