Police are investigating the death of a suspected burglar at a home in Queens early Monday morning.
Investigators say a 26-year-old man broke into a house located at 193-41 Williamson Avenue in St. Albans shortly before 3 a.m.
He was confronted by two homeowners who apparently hit him with a baseball bat and stabbed him in the torso.
The man was pronounced dead at Jamaica Hospital.
It's not clear whether any criminal charges will be filed against the homeowners.
