Governor Andrew Cuomo was in Brooklyn Thursday for a community garden event.

But, questions linger about his campaign donations.

The governor said his latest campaign filing, which was due this week, would show that 57 percent of his donations would come from small contributors.

However, a closer examination of that filing shows only one percent of the money he's raised comes from small donors.

And many of those were family members of campaign workers.

It also showed one person who donated one dollar dozens of times.

"We have thousands of donors. We have received contributions online. I don't know how you account for one person doing a dollar 57 times. But there are a lot of people who want to help. Everybody finds their own way to help," Cuomo said.

The governor has raised about $31 million so far, but tends to get his donations more from big money donors.

His Democratic Primary opponent Cynthia Nixon has said that she would not take any corporate money, and rely only on small, individual contributions.
