The woman who climbed the pedestal of the Statue of Liberty in protest yesterday is expected in Manhattan Federal Court today.
She was arrested after a long standoff with the NYPD's Emergency Services Unit.
Therese Okoumou told police she scaled the statue's base to protest the separation of immigrant children from their parents at the Mexican border.
She stayed where she was for about four hours as cops tried to talk her down.
